Most of our parts are intended for off-road race use only. While we do strive to make parts that help make swaps easier most of what we sell is for more advanced swaps and does require a good degree of experience and problem-solving. We recommend all parts be installed by an experienced qualified professional installer. Each state is different so you will need to check with your local and state agencies about inspections and emissions in your area.

SHIPPING: For your protection and ours all orders are shipped out signature required. This means you will need to have an adult at the address you supplied with your order to be available at the time of delivery to sign for the your order. If after multiple attempts the carrier is unable to deliver the order and it is shipped back to us the buyer will be responsible for any cost to reship the order back out again. 

DEFECTS AND WARRANTIES:  Our liability on our products is limited to the replacement of defective or broken merchandise only and does not include any labor charges for removal or replacement of parts. All other product warranties are handled by the manufacture of the product. If your order is delivered damaged please inspect and note any damage to the packaging and items and report them to the shipping company and us.

RETURNS:  All returns must be authorized by us before being returned to us. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. No returns after 30 days. No exceptions. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking and any handling charges. On authorized returns, the re-stock fee may be waived by accepting an in-house use credit. Any Freight charges or associated freight fess will not be refunded on returns. All returns must be in the original packaging, unsed, and in sellable condition. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued. All sales are final. NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

CANCELATIONS:  All domestic cancelations, prior to shipment, are subject to a minimum of a 3.5% cancelation fee. All international orders, prior to shipment, are subject to a minimum of a 5% cancelation fee. Custom orders, or orders for items that are built to order, may not be able to be canceled and refunded depending on how far along in the process of completion that the order is. This cancelation policy applies to ALL cancelations, regardless of backorder status and or backorder timeline. Please contact us for further details.

INTERNATIONAL SALES:  NO returns on International or overseas sales. We DO NOT collect VAT/Customs duties. These are the buyers responsibility as are any Tariff Taxes and Duties.
